Booking is very simple: you can contact us via WhatsApp or through the contact form on the website, indicating the date, hotel, and desired decor. We'll confirm availability and send you a secure payment link (credit card, Bizum, PayPal, or bank transfer). It's that easy!

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially on weekends. However, if it's a last-minute surprise , please contact us and we'll try to accommodate. We'll do our best to help you even if you're short on time!

Of course! All of our decorations can be customized . You can choose the balloon color palette, add flowers or banners, include a name or age, and request additional details. We'll adapt to your ideas to make the surprise just how you imagined it. Depending on the materials, there may be an extra charge.

Yes, we have experience working with hotels in Barcelona. With your permission, we'll contact the hotel (or reception) to access your room before your arrival and complete the setup if you'd like us to decorate it. Our team operates with complete discretion to maintain the surprise.

If you don't want Narosa's decoration service, we'll send the balloons and the hotel will store them for you.

We understand that unforeseen events may arise. If you need to change the date of your surprise, we will do everything possible to reschedule it (subject to availability). For cancellations , please contact us as soon as possible: we are flexible and will find the best solution, either a refund or leaving your reservation open for another occasion. However, once the decoration is prepared and set up in the room, a refund or leaving your reservation open for another occasion is no longer guaranteed, as the decoration is considered successfully delivered. That's why we accept changes or cancellations up to 8 hours before the reservation is delivered.

No problem if you don't want the decoration service. We'll deliver the balloons to the hotel upon request.
