General conditions
- Minimum purchase for shipping: €10.
- Free shipping on orders over €50 , except for products that include helium .
- Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays , and it is not possible to guarantee a specific delivery time.
- Customized products require an additional 2 business days of preparation , which are added to the selected shipping time.
- It is the customer's responsibility to take into account public holidays in both the place of origin and the destination when placing their order.

Products WITHOUT helium
Products without helium are shipped via Correos España (up to 5 kg)
Premium Shipping (1–2 business days)
- Peninsula: €10.90
- Balearic and Canary Islands: €14.90
Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)
- Peninsula: €8.90
- Balearic and Canary Islands: €10.90
Delivery times are approximate and begin counting once the order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier.

Products containing helium
Due to the nature of the balloons and to guarantee the quality and safety of the product, helium balloons are sent by private transport in Barcelona and surrounding areas for €25.
If, due to distance, volume, or order characteristics, the shipment exceeds our usual capacity, we will contact you to inform you of the available options before proceeding with the shipment.

In-store pickup
Free in-store pickup available for products with or without helium during store opening hours in Poblenou.
Monday to Friday 10:00 - 13:30 and 17:00 - 20:00. Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00. Closed Sunday .
Additional information
Narosa is not responsible for any delays resulting from:
- Public holidays not covered by the client.
- Absences from the home at the time of delivery.
- Incidents unrelated to the transport service.
