📦 SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
Currently, we only deliver within the city of Barcelona . We use private transportation so your balloons arrive in perfect condition and without any problems.

What are the delivery times?
Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Sundays: we do not deliver

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and purchase details. Products with helium have different shipping rates and options than those without helium. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

Can I choose the time slot?
Yes, at the time of ordering, you can indicate your preferred time slot within the available time slots. We'll coordinate it with you!

What happens if there is no one to receive the order?
We'll call you to try to resolve the issue immediately. If it can't be delivered, you'll need to pick it up in store or arrange for a new delivery, which may incur an additional charge.


🛍 IN-STORE PICKUP

Can I pick up my order in store?
Of course! You can select "Pickup in store" at checkout.

Pickup time:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Sundays: closed

Can I send someone else to pick up my order?
Yes, just make sure you let us know with your name and that you have the order number.


🎈 BALLOON CARE

At Narosa Sweet Party, we use high-quality balloons to ensure your celebration looks spectacular from the first "Surprise!" to the final toast. Even so, balloons are delicate and require some care. Here's the full rundown:

Latex balloons

  • With helium: They float for 24 to 48 hours indoors. Large balloons (such as those 60 cm long) or treated with special gel can last up to 3-4 days .

  • Without helium: In garlands, bouquets or decorations, they can stay in good condition for up to 4-6 days indoors , depending on temperature and humidity.

Avoid contact with sharp objects, excessive friction, or hot surfaces. Direct sunlight can cause them to dull or burst more quickly.

Foil balloons

  • With helium: They float between 4 and 7 days , and some can last up to 2 weeks if well cared for.

  • Without helium: they remain inflated for more than a week , sometimes even several weeks , although they may gradually lose volume.

Narosa Tip: If you use them for fixed decoration (not floating), they will last longer and you can enjoy them as part of your space for several days.


⏳ How long do our decorations last?

  • Indoors , our balloon decorations can stay beautiful for 3 to 7 days , depending on the type of balloon and the conditions of the venue.

  • Outdoors , the duration can be reduced to 1-2 days , especially if there is wind, direct sun or temperature changes.

Each setup is unique , and although we take care of every detail, the balloons react to the environment. We will always give you personalized recommendations based on your event.


📸About our images

Will the decorations be exactly like the photos?
Not exactly. The photos serve as inspiration. Some are AI-generated, others come from vendors, and many are actual projects completed by our team. We tailor each setup to your theme, budget, and needs.


🔄 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on personalized or inflated products, as they are prepared to order.
If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within the first 24 hours.

What if I want to cancel my order?
If we haven't started preparing it yet, you can cancel by writing to us as soon as possible. Once it's inflated or prepared, it can't be canceled.


✨ PERSONALIZATION AND ADVICE

Can I customize my bouquet or decoration?
Of course! You can choose colors, add balloons that can be personalized with names, numbers, or greetings. Just leave this information when placing your order, or write to us if you need advice.

Do you offer help in choosing?
Yes, we're experts at making your party magical. If you need inspiration or have any questions, contact us on WhatsApp . We'd be happy to help 🧚‍♀️


📅 PRE-ORDERS

How far in advance should I place my order?
For bouquets and inflatable products, we ask for at least one day's notice . For large decorations, it's best to reserve 1-2 weeks in advance.

Can I place a rush order?
It depends on the product and the schedule. Send us a WhatsApp message and we'll let you know if we can help you right away.


💳 PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit/debit card, Bizum, and other methods available on the website.


📸 AFTER YOUR PURCHASE

What happens after I place the order?

  • We will send you a confirmation by email.
  • We review the order data.
  • If something important is missing, we will contact you to coordinate it.

Can I send a bouquet as a gift?
Yes, you can include the recipient's name and a dedication. We love being part of these beautiful surprises! 🎁💌
