Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands for products without helium , via Correos España (up to 5 kg).
Products containing helium are delivered exclusively via private transport in Barcelona and surrounding areas , to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What are the shipping options and delivery times?
For products without helium, we offer the following options:
Premium Shipping (1–2 business days)
- Peninsula: €10.90
- Balearic and Canary Islands: €14.90
Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)
- Peninsula: €8.90
- Balearic and Canary Islands: €10.90
The time limits begin to count once the order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier.
Is there a minimum purchase or free shipping?
- The minimum purchase for shipping is €10 .
- For orders over €50 , shipping is free, except for products containing helium .
Do you deliver orders on Sundays or public holidays?
We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays , nor is it possible to guarantee a specific delivery time.
It is the customer's responsibility to take into account public holidays in both the place of origin and the destination when placing the order.
What happens if there is no one to receive the order?
If delivery is not possible, the order may be held for collection or for a new delivery arrangement, which could involve an additional cost.
In-store pickup
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, you can select the In-store pickup option during the checkout process.
Pick-up time:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 13:30 and 17:00 to 20:00
- Saturdays: 10:00 to 14:00
- Sundays: Closed
Can someone else pick up the order?
Yes. You just need to tell us the person's name beforehand and make sure they have the order number.
Balloon bouquets and helium products
What is a balloon bouquet?
A balloon bouquet is a decorative arrangement that can include helium balloons, latex balloons, foil balloons, numbers, and personalized elements, designed to be given as a gift or to decorate special moments.
Can I send helium balloons outside of Barcelona?
No. Helium balloons are not sent via standard courier service , as they are delicate products with a limited lifespan.
We currently offer private delivery in Barcelona and surrounding areas , with a fee of €25 .
If, due to distance or volume, the order exceeds our usual capacity, we will contact you to assess the available options.
Balloon personalization
Can I personalize balloons or bouquets?
Yes. We offer balloon customization with:
- Names
- Dates
- Messages
- Numbers
- Color combinations
You can indicate this during the purchase process or contact us if you need prior advice.
Are personalized products returnable?
No. Personalized products are prepared exclusively upon request and, according to current regulations, are non-refundable .
Balloon decorating service
Do you offer decoration services for events?
Yes. We do balloon decorations for:
- Birthday
- Family events
- Corporate events
- Special celebrations
Each decoration is custom-designed according to the space, theme, and budget.
How far in advance should I book a decoration?
We recommend:
- Bouquets and inflated products: at least 1 day in advance
- Large decorations or events: 1-2 weeks in advance
Balloon care and lifespan
How long do balloons last?
The duration depends on the type of balloon and the environment:
Latex balloons
- With helium: between 24 and 48 hours indoors (they can last longer if they are large or treated)
- Without helium: between 4 and 6 days indoors
Foil balloons
- With helium: between 4 and 7 days, and can last longer under good conditions
- Without helium: more than a week, with progressive loss of volume
Exposure to sun, heat, humidity or wind can reduce its duration.
Images and visual references
Will the decorations be exactly the same as in the photos?
Not necessarily. Images on the web and social media are visual references . Some correspond to actual projects, others to suppliers, or are conceptual images.
Each decoration is tailored to the space, theme, and budget of the client.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Do you accept returns?
No returns are accepted for personalized, inflated, or delivered products in optimal condition.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within the first 24 hours of receipt.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order if it has not yet started being prepared .
Once inflated or customized, it will not be possible to cancel it.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods available on the website, including:
- Credit or debit card
- Paypal
- Other methods enabled at checkout
After placing your order
What happens after completing the purchase?
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- We reviewed the order details.
- If important information is missing, we will contact you to coordinate it.
Can I send an order as a gift?
