Where do you ship?
Due to this anniversary promotion, deliveries are only available within the city of Barcelona and at a cost of €12.
What are the delivery times?
We deliver Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. There are no deliveries on Sundays.
If I choose in-store pickup, do I get any anniversary discount?
Yes, the simple helium number balloon bouquets are also available for purchase with a 7% discount if you subscribe to the Narosa newsletter during its anniversary month.
Can I pick up my bouquet in store?
Yes! You can come and pick up your bouquet at our store during opening hours at no extra cost.
Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 13:30 and from 17:00 to 20:00. Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00
How far in advance should I place my order?
We need at least two weeks' notice to prepare your bouquet with care and attention to detail. We recommend ordering in advance, especially for special occasions (birthdays, surprises, parties, etc.).
What happens after I make my purchase?
We'll review your order details. If any important information is missing, we'll contact you to coordinate and ensure everything goes smoothly.
What care does the bouquet need once it is delivered?
To make your bouquet last as long as possible:
- Do not expose it to heat or direct sunlight.
- Keep it away from sharp objects or rough surfaces.
- A cool, draft-free place is ideal.
How long does a balloon bouquet last?
A well-cared-for bouquet can last between 3 and 5 days , although some balloons can float even longer. But remember: the first day is always the most spectacular.
Can I customize the bouquet?
Of course! You can choose colors, include a number, name, or a special message. Add your preferences when placing your order or contact us via WhatsApp for advice.
