It depends on the type of pack. Packs without helium balloons are shipped throughout Spain via express delivery (1–2 days) or standard delivery (3–4 days). Packs that include helium balloons are only delivered in Barcelona via private transport, as the fragility of the product does not allow for other types of shipping. If you have any doubts about your specific pack, please consult us before purchasing.

You don't need to plan too far in advance. As soon as you place your order, we select the products for you and reserve them until the time of shipping or in-store pickup. If you have a specific date, please indicate it in the order notes and we will make sure to coordinate it properly.

It depends on the pack. Some include customization options (number, name, colors) that you can select directly when adding it to the cart. If you don't see the option you're looking for or want something more specific, message us on WhatsApp before buying and we'll let you know what's possible.

Balloons arrive uninflated to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If the pack includes helium balloons, they are inflated on the day of delivery to guarantee their float time. If you pick up in-store, you can take them ready-inflated.

If you receive a product in poor condition or with a quality defect, please write to us via WhatsApp or email as soon as you detect it, including a photo of the product. We will handle it quickly and directly, without complications.
